Current 504/IEP/Accommodation plan review: we start with what is working now, identify things that may not be available in the college setting, and make plans and recommendations for navigating that. This will be interactive, we want to understand what is working or not working for your student now.(Value $197)
Current Diagnostic Evaluation Review: We review this and provide suggestions and written guidance/requests to providers so that the paperwork is ready for submission to the Office of Disability Services for college. Every college has different requirements, so we will take the student’s target list and do our best to ensure this is prepared. Note that you may have to get a new diagnostic evaluation or have your current provider update your previous one. (Value $397)
